Directions: Apply a liberal amount of Screamin’ Toast to the region of specific pain or injury, avoiding sensitive areas. First time users should start slow.  Wash hands thoroughly.  It is recommended that contact lens wearers use a disposable glove or towel to apply. Reapply as needed up to 3 times daily.
