Directions: Apply a liberal amount of Menthol Toast to the region of specific pain or swelling, avoiding sensitive areas. Wash hands thoroughly.  It is recommended that contact lens wearers use a disposable glove or towel to apply. Reapply as needed up to 3 times daily.
